Since 2002, Tom has served as outside general counsel to Southern California homebuilders, real estate developers, real estate investors, and closely held businesses, handling the range of matters that arise within those long-term relationships. Before that, he spent nearly a decade handling real estate, construction, and insurance coverage litigation. His approach is practical and business-oriented, and he handles every engagement personally.
